Our illustrative masterplan has been designed in accordance with our principles of achieving high-quality design standards, biodiversity net gain, supporting the local economy and delivering infrastructure enhancements.

We are proposing to regenerate the former quarry site to deliver over 58,000 sq. m of new commercial space in the heart of the UK’s ‘Golden Triangle’ for logistics. Our proposals will be based on high standards of design and landscaping and will also support nature and deliver biodiversity and habitat enhancements.
