We recognise the importance of the A5 and key local junctions such as the Gibbet Hill roundabout, and we have already had useful conversations with National Highways, Leicestershire County Council and Warwickshire County Council as part of our early technical work.

We are exploring the potential opportunity to divert Gibbet Lane through our site onto a new roundabout junction on the A5. This would allow access from Gibbet Lane onto the busy A5/A426 to be stopped up, which will in turn help to alleviate traffic pressure and improve safety at this location.

We're also exploring sustainable transport measures for future employees and are continuing to engage with the relevant authorities on this.
